These are the main points of a Hermain subscription. You receive the full agreement before the start; if they differ, the agreement prevails.

What Hermain does

Every week Hermain proposes at least one concrete marketing proposal, carries out approved proposals on the channels in your package, measures the result and reports monthly on the basis of measurements. Nothing goes live without your approval in Slack.

What you do

For each proposal you approve, ask for a change or postpone it. You provide access to the channels in your package (website, social media pages, ad accounts) and the media budget that you pay to Meta or Google yourself. You warrant that the data and images you supply may be used.

Price and payment

The monthly fee is on the homepage and excludes sales tax (OB). Invoices are monthly in advance, payable within 14 days. Media budget and tools you choose yourself are not included. AI usage up to $200 a month is included; above that we consult you first.

Term and cancellation

The subscription runs per month and can be cancelled monthly, with notice until the end of the current month. On cancellation you receive your data from the CRM and we hand access back to you.

Results

We promise effort and measurements, not revenue: a proposal can also bring nothing. We write that down, so the next proposal is better.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the damage. We are not liable for consequential loss, for platform decisions (such as a blocked ad account) or for content you approved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Curaçao. Disputes are brought before the court in Curaçao.
