Privacy and AI transparency

Hermain is a service of Creative Collab Curaçao B.V., based in Curaçao. This page explains which data we process when you visit this site or send us something, why, and what your rights are. Curaçao’s personal data protection ordinance (Landsverordening bescherming persoonsgegevens, LBP) applies; for visitors and clients in the European Union we also follow the GDPR.

What we process

Forms. When you request a demo or subscribe to the weekly mail, we process what you fill in: name, business or website, e-mail address, phone number, your preference for online or on site, and whether you want the weekly mail. We also store which campaign or source brought you to us (the utm fields in the link), so we know which marketing works. If you came through a campaign link, your browser remembers those fields only for this visit (in session storage, gone when you close the tab) so they can go along if you submit a form. Otherwise this site stores nothing in your browser.

Bot check. The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. As soon as you use a form, your browser loads a script from Cloudflare. Cloudflare then sees your IP address and details of your browser, and gives us only the answer whether you look like a human. No cookies are set; Cloudflare may keep a small technical value in your browser for that check.

Appointment planner. At the bottom of the homepage a button opens the planner from Cal.com. Until you click that button, your browser makes no contact with Cal.com. After your click your browser loads the planner from Cal.com: Cal.com then sees your IP address and details of your browser, and may set a technical cookie (against bots). If you pick a time, Cal.com processes what you fill in there and we receive the appointment.

Visiting the site. We measure page views and form submissions with PostHog, without cookies and without following you across other websites. The server keeps short technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) to keep the site safe and available.

Contact through WhatsApp or e-mail. When you message or mail us, we keep that conversation as long as it is needed to help you.

What for

To schedule and confirm your demo, to send you the weekly mail if you asked for it, to measure and improve our own marketing, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it lives

Contact details and appointments live in our own CRM (Twenty), which we host ourselves on a server in Germany.
E-mail is sent through Resend (EU region). Delivery data (delivered, opened, bounced) flows back into our CRM.
Measurements live in PostHog (EU region).
The bot check on the forms runs at Cloudflare (Turnstile).
Appointments are booked through Cal.com.
Internal discussion of proposals runs through Slack.

How long

We keep demo requests as long as we are in contact and at most two years after that. We keep the weekly-mail subscription until you unsubscribe; you can do so with the link in every mail or with a message. Technical logs are kept for at most thirty days.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use for marketing. Send a message to the e-mail address at the bottom of this page; we respond within a month.

Direct marketing. You can object to the use of your data for direct marketing at any time, free of charge (LBP, article 33). Bo por oponé bo mes na uso di bo datos pa marketing direkto na tur momento, sin kosto.

AI transparency

Hermain is an AI marketing service. This is how that sits in our work:

Copy, images and campaign proposals are made with AI models and checked by people at Creative Collab. Nothing is published without human approval: the client clicks Approve before anything goes live.
AI makes no decisions about people. Whether someone receives an offer, a message or a follow-up is a rule a human has set, not an estimate by a model.
Messages to our clients’ customers (for example a WhatsApp follow-up) are only sent with the recipient’s consent and have been seen by the business owner beforehand.
Data from forms is not used to train AI models.
The photos on this site are AI-generated; they do not show real people.
